Diamonds are an in-app currency used to pay for each generation. They have no value outside the app and cannot be transferred between Apple IDs.

• Trial Diamonds — 12 per day for signed-in users, expire at the end of the day, do not accumulate.
• Paid Diamonds — bought in fixed packs through Apple's In-App Purchase, never expire.

• Text post — 5 Diamonds (3 drafts)
• Reply ideas — 8 Diamonds (4 reply drafts)
• Image caption — 10 Diamonds (3 captions + hashtags + alt text)
• Cross-post Planner — 10 Diamonds (4 platform-tailored drafts in one call)
• Single rewrite — 2 Diamonds
• On-device OCR (screenshot → text) — 0 Diamonds

The exact cost is always shown on the "Generate" button before you confirm.

Try these in order:

• Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
• Open Profile → Restore Purchases — this re-syncs from Apple's transaction history.
• Force-quit Life Post and reopen it.
• Check your network connection and try again.

If the balance still doesn't appear, email Satpaldhanor@icloud.com with your Apple receipt number from the App Store email and we'll fix it.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by Life Post directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's decision is final.

Because Diamonds are consumable and may be used immediately, refunds for already-consumed Diamonds are generally not available.

No. Diamonds are deducted only after a successful generation. If our service returns an error, the cost is refunded to your balance automatically.

• Guest: 2 free text generations to try the app — no account needed. Cannot purchase Diamonds.
• Signed in (Apple): daily trial Diamonds, full features, cross-device restore of paid Diamonds, history sync within the same Apple ID.

Open Life Post → tap Sign in with Apple on the welcome screen or in Profile. Apple may offer you the option to use a private relay email — that's fine; we never see your real address unless you choose to share it.

Inside the app: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, Diamond ledger entries tied to it, and any server-side records. Local history is also cleared.

This action cannot be undone. If you want a copy of anything, save it first (long-press a draft → Copy).

Life Post writes drafts tailored to Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook. The platform you pick affects tone, length, hashtag strategy, and emoji density.

• Set a default style under Profile → Preferences → Default style.
• Create a Brand Voice preset (Profile → Preferences → Brand Voice) with a few sample posts in your real tone. Life Post will mirror that voice in future generations.
• Use the quick rewrite chips: Shorter, More personal, More playful, More direct.

Enter one topic and Cross-post Planner returns four platform-tailored drafts in a single call — one for Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook. Each draft respects that platform's tone, length, and hashtag rules. Cost: 10 Diamonds.

You can describe what's in the video (the "What happens in the video?" field on TikTok) and optionally attach a cover image or screenshot. Life Post does not upload or analyze video files directly in the current version.

In the Reply composer, tap From Screenshot. Life Post runs Apple's on-device Vision OCR to extract text from your screenshot — the image never leaves your phone. You can then generate reply drafts based on that text.

When you tap Generate in Image Caption mode, the compressed image is sent securely to our AI routing provider (OpenRouter), which forwards it to an upstream vision model (such as OpenAI's GPT-4o). The image is used only to produce your drafts and is not stored long-term by Life Post.

Screenshot OCR in the Reply composer is different — that runs entirely on your device and never uploads the image.

No. We do not use your inputs to train models or to build advertising profiles. Upstream providers may retain inputs briefly for abuse prevention — see OpenRouter's policy and OpenAI's policy.

Yes — open Settings → Privacy & Performance. You can disable the clipboard detector and prefer on-device OCR independently.

• Check that you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
• Toggle Airplane Mode on and off, then try again.
• Force-quit and reopen Life Post.
• Update to the latest version from the App Store.

If failures keep happening, email us with your iOS version and a short description.

Widgets refresh on iOS's timeline schedule, not in real time. Open the app once after a purchase to nudge the timeline. If the balance still looks wrong after a minute, remove and re-add the Widget.

• Open the share sheet → scroll to the end → tap More → enable Life Post.
• If still missing, reboot the device — iOS sometimes caches share-sheet entries.

Open iOS Settings → Apps → Siri & Search → Life Post and make sure shortcuts are enabled. You can view the 13 available phrases under Shortcuts → Life Post.
